What locations do you deliver to?
We deliver to the Great British mainland (England, Scotland & Wales) only. We may also be able to deliver to any GB outlying islands for an extra courier fee, please call us to check before ordering. As an example, Isle of Wight generally costs approximately £40 extra for delivery.
What happens if my armchair is damaged in transit?
We will offer to replace the riser recliner chair without quarrel, so long as you notify us within 48 hours of the riser recliner chair being tracked as delivered, or ideally reject the chair upon delivery. We may also offer you a discount or to send the parts if the damage is cosmetic only, however it's your decision as to whether you accept this, or ask for a complete replacement, or collection for a full refund.
How long do I have to return the riser recliner chair if I don't want it?
14 days starting from when the riser recliner chair tracks as being delivered.
How do I initiate a return request?
Head over to our contact page and submit a message quoting your order number, return reason, and contact details, and we will respond with instructions.

We endeavour to only sell from a select range of the most reliable manufacturers and as such, the failure rate on our furniture products is incredibly low. We therefore give our customers two options regarding warranty:
1) Free 1yr: The base warranty covers the parts, labour and call-out charges from our furniture repair specialists for 1 year. It does not include damage from wear and tear and accidental incidents such as staining.
2) Premium Warranty: This paid option extends the warranty covering parts, labour and call-outs in the event of a fault to a total of 5 years and also adds accidental damage cover, to ensure that you are insured against pet damage, stains and more. Please note that due to changes in FCA Law, the Emmiera group who provide the premium warranty now have to operate a fixed pricing structure for warranties based on the value of the furniture:
The Hampton is a high-quality day chair, designed for long-term use and has been thoughtfully crafted to suit both traditional and contempoary homes, with it's nicely padded button-back design and wooden legs.
This is a day chair, designed to be used for long periods of time, and as such, we have upgraded the cushion to memory foam to ensure effective pressure relief and comfort.
Thick wooden knuckles make it much easier to keep yourself stable when getting in and out of the chair.
We aim to have the chair delivered and set up in your living room the next working day if ordered before 1pm on a weekday, all included in the price! You will recieve tracking updates from our team inbetween ordering and delivery, so long as you leave a mobile number and/or email address at checkout.
On the day, our 2-man team will unpack and carry the chair into your room of choice, and assemble it for you. They can also take the packaging away for you, but we strongly recommend only asking for this if you are definitely happy with the chair, as returning a chair without packaging increases the cost.
As standard, our 12 month warranty covers the chair against structural defects.
For £50, you can also choose to include our 5 year insurance, which not only extends the equivelent level of warranty cover for a 5 year period, but also adds accidental damage cover, meaning in the future, even if you stain the chair, or one of your beloved pets damages it, it's covered.
