Delivery (All Products)

We deliver everywhere on the Great British mainland (England, Scotland & Wales) only. We can also deliver to any British outlying island for an extra courier fee - please call us to check before ordering. As an example, Isle of Wight generally costs approximately £40 extra for delivery of a scooter or recliner chair on a pallet and takes about a week.
Yes you can collect from our premises - There is an option at checkout for this, just make sure you call us to arrange a time and date to come and collect as we don't actively run a large showroom, being predominantly online. We can have your item unpacked and ready to take away with a demonstration, with or without the box, as you wish.
We will offer to replace the item without quarrel, so long as you notify us within 48 hours of the order being tracked as delivered. We may also offer you a discount or to send the parts if the damage is cosmetic only, however it's your decision whether you accept this, or ask for a complete replacement, or collection for a full refund.
Yes - For all orders we use either DPD or Palletways - you will receive updates by email and by text from either with an ETA texted on the day, provided you leave your email address and mobile number at checkout. If you've opted for engineer handover, this won't come with tracking updates, as you will have your appointment arranged by phone call.
DPD Next-day delivery is included in the price of every item. There are many additional options available for most items such as nominated day (£15), Saturday (£30), and engineer set-up (£95) on larger equipment.

Next Working Day Delivery

We offer next working day delivery free on all mobility equipment orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday.

Nominated day delivery

For £15, you can choose any date in the future to have your mobility equipment delivered that's more convenient for you.

Saturday delivery

For £30, we will deliver on the coming Saturday, provided you order before 2pm if ordering on a Friday.

Engineer Handover

At checkout, you can opt to pay an extra £95 to have your mobility equipment delivered by an engineer who will unpack, assemble if needed, and demo the product before taking the packaging away (provided you live on the British mainland). This is ideal if the customer is not able-bodied enough to accept a normal delivery on their own. Please note, this service takes about 10 working days and is arranged by phone call a few days after ordering.

Depending on the size and weight of the item, we use DPD or palletways to deliver (unless you opt for engineer handover at checkout, in which case everything is taken care of for you).

If palletways are delivering your item, they will wheel it to the kerbside of your property's driveway and you will need to cut the banding and remove the item from the pallet and take it inside. DPD deliveries will arrive like any other parcel and will be delivered up to your front door.
