The vast majority of our mobility scooters and powered wheelchairs are stocked and ready for next working day kerbside delivery, if ordered before 2pm. On the product page, you will also find paid upgrades for Saturday (£30) and nominated day (£15) delivery.
Some specialist models with a wider range of factory options take approximately 4-7 working days for delivery, such as the Bandit and Wrangler. The timescale for each product is always displayed on the product page, just below the price.
We use Palletways (Most models) or DPD (Ultra Lightweight models such as carbon fibre powerchairs) for deliveries and provided you leave your mobile number and email at checkout, and all orders are trackable with a timeslot given on the day of delivery. Most items are delivered on a pallet.
Ready to Drive Service
For non-folding models (where you just need to take them out of the box, unfold and go), we offer a 'ready to drive' option for £50. This means we will assemble your scooter or powerchair, and then re-pack it into the box for courier kerbside delivery.
This is ideal for people who don't want the fuss of self-assembly, but are still able to unpack the product and remove it from the pallet themselves.
Setup & Handover
Setup & Handover is a full white-glove service where an engineer will make an appointment to hand-deliver the scooter or powerchair into your room of choice, along with checking you are happy with its operation and functions. We recommend this if the recipient is both not able-bodied enough to unpack a boxed delivery and unable to assemble the product themselves.

All our riser recliner chairs come with free home assembly. Once your order is placed, within 1 working day you will recieve a delivery date proposal by text and email (be sure to leave these details at checkout).
You must follow their instructions to confirm your delivery or if the date is not suitable, follow their instructions to get in touch and rebook a more suitable date. They will also provide instructions on how to advise on any access considerations to your property.
All orders are delivered within 3-4 working days of being placed, so long as you confirm your delivery slot by replying to the notification as soon as possible.

Available (£150)
Each bed is made to order, with the manufacturing process taking about 3-4 weeks. Once finished, your bed will be handed over to a 2-man delivery team, who will ring you to arrange a suitable installation date, which is normally within 1-2 weeks of the bed being finished. This means from the point of order to the day of delivery, your bed should be delivered within 4-6 weeks.
On the day of delivery, our 2-man team will bring the bed indoors in pieces and set it up it in a room of your choice. Once set-up, they will also test the bed with you present to confirm everything is working, and you are happy.
You can opt to have your old bed taken away for a cost of £150 (charged by the furniture assemblers to us, which we must pass on). This option can be selected when adding the bed to your shopping cart.
It is strongly recommended that just before delivery of your new bed that you dismantle and keep your current bed aside until you have taken delivery. If this is not possible, we recommend using the old bed removal service.
All Other Products
For all other products not mentioned above, we use a range of couriers to dispatch items, including DPD.

Items Damaged in Transit
Any items damaged in transit will be replaced with no quibbles, provided you take photos of the damage and contact us within 2 working days of recieving your order.
We may also offer you a discount or to send the parts if the damage is cosmetic only, however it's your decision whether you accept this, or ask for a complete replacement, or collection for a full refund.
Delivery Areas
We deliver everywhere on the Great British mainland (England, Scotland & Wales) only. We can also deliver to any British outlying island and Northern Ireland for an extra courier fee - please call us to check before ordering. As an example, Isle of Wight generally costs approximately £40 extra for delivery of a scooter or recliner chair on a pallet and takes about a week.
