Every product we sell has been carefully curated to be the very best offering in it's category on the market, so it's only right that we back it up with an equivalent quality of customer support:

*1: Any damage must be reported within 48hrs of delivery and faults within 14 days. After 14 days, any faults will convert into a warranty claim and covered by our free repair services within the warranty period.
*2: For the base warranty period, which is outlined on each product page. For example: Scooters and powerchairs are generally 1 year (unless you upgrade to an extended warranty), and beds are 3-5 years depending on model.
*3: Exchanging for a more suitable alternative will waive the return cost of the original item. If the original item is returned in less than new or incomplete condition, then standard return and restocking fees apply.

How Do I pay this VAT Relief Price?
After proceeding to checkout, you will be prompted to enter your shipping information. Underneath this section is a form, allowing you to simply tick the vat-exempt declaration box and specify the primary long-term illness or disability that either yourself, or the person you are buying for suffers from. VAT will then automatically be removed from your order as you proceed. Charities are also exempt from paying VAT, and can do so by simply ticking the relevant box.
Can I purchase VAT Exempt?
The answer is yes, so long as either yourself, or the person you are purchasing the goods for are chronically sick or have a disabling condition, and the goods are for personal/domestic use only. Charities are also exempt from paying VAT, and can do so by simply ticking the relevant box, and entering their charity number. This number will be quickly verified by us before dispatch of your order.
Who can't purchase VAT Exempt?
If the person the goods are intended for does not have any specific long-term medical conditions, by law they must purchase (and proceed through checkout) without applying for VAT exemption. If you have a short-term injury, or simply use the term 'old age', this would not make you eligible. Any organization that does not have a registered charity number (such as businesses) are also not exempt from paying VAT.
The next working day when ordered before 2pm. Orders made on weekends will be delivered on Tuesday.
Can I track the delivery?
Provided you leave a mobile number at checkout, you will get updates by text (and also email) with a time-slot on the day of delivery, with the option to follow the delivery driver live to see how far away they are.
What locations do you deliver to?
We deliver to the Great British mainland (England, Scotland & Wales) only. We can also deliver to any GB outlying islands for an extra courier fee, please call us to check before ordering. As an example, Isle of Wight generally costs approximately £40 extra for delivery.
Can I collect my ferrule from you?
Yes you can collect from our premesis if you wish, just make sure you call us before ordering to arrange an appointment to come and collect. We can have your ferrule ready to take away with a demonstration, with or without the box as you wish.
What happens if my ferrule are damaged in transit?
We will offer to replace the ferrule without quarrel, so long as you notify us within 48 hours of the order being tracked as delivered.
How long do I have to return the ferrule if I don't want it?
14 days starting from when it tracks as being delivered to you.
How do I initiate a return request?
Head over to our contact page and submit a message quoting your order number, return reason, and contact details, and we will respond with instructions.
Once your return is authorized, you can either:
Drop the ferrule off at our premesis yourself (Wiltshire SN6 6HE)
Post it back yourself using a tracked service
Utilize our returns collection service for a £20 charge, which covers the courier cost to collect from you and deliver back to us.
Note that if you are returning the ferrule because they have developed a fault within the first 14 days, the returns collection service cost is covered by ourselves. If the ferrule develops a fault after 14 days of taking delivery, please check our excellent warranty policy on the next tab for details.
Restocking fees and postage refunds
We only charge restocking fees when absolutely neccessary in the following scenarios:
Items are returned with clear signs of use and/or damage
Items are returned without their original inner or outer packaging
Items are returned to missing supplementary inserts such as chargers and instruction manuals.
Any restocking fees charged are only used for, and proportionate to, the cost of restoring a product to a resealable condition.
Please note that in line with the consumer contracts regulations, any engineer delivery options added are non-refundable as it is an upgraded/paid delivery option.
