Provided you leave a mobile number at checkout, you will get updates by text (and also email) with a time-slot on the day of delivery, with the option to follow the delivery driver live to see how far away they are.
We deliver to the Great British mainland (England, Scotland & Wales) only. We can also deliver to any GB outlying islands for an extra courier fee, please call us to check before ordering. As an example, Isle of Wight generally costs approximately £40 extra for delivery.
Yes you can collect from our premesis if you wish, just make sure you call us before ordering to arrange an appointment to come and collect. We can have your hoist ready to take away with a demonstration, with or without the box as you wish.
We will offer to replace the hoist without quarrel, so long as you notify us within 48 hours of the order being tracked as delivered.

Any restocking fees charged are only used for, and proportionate to, the cost of restoring a product to a resealable condition.
Please note that in line with the consumer contracts regulations, any engineer delivery options added are non-refundable as it is an upgraded/paid delivery option.

Hoists need to be inspected and repaired in-house, so we will uplift it from your home to our workshop free of charge.
If you are close enough to our premesis in Wiltshire, you are also welcome to bring the hoist in for a workshop repair. Our engineer can discuss the problem with you, and will normally have it fixed within 1 working day. There is no need to wait for the repair, we will deliver the hoist back to you by courier for your convenience.
Although there are many ultra-lightweight folding scooters and powerchairs on the market these days such as our Halo 12.9kg folding powerchair, many customers still opt for heavier models that offer more natural stability due to their heavier weight, or because they need a larger and more feaute-rich model such as our Ultra Comfort Elite powerchair, or the larger suspension and automatic folding mechanism found on our Autofold Executive scooter.
For these heavier models, lifting into the boot can be too much of a challenge for some, which is where the Hercules II comes in. Designed to be the easiest-to-use of it's type on the market, this compact lifter weighs only 12.5kg including the battery but is capable of lifting up to 50kg. Unlike similar models, the Hercules II uses a foot rocker switch instead of a handset for raising and lowering your vehicle, meaning you can keep two hands on the unit during the lifting process and don't need a second person to help you.
